Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 20 June 2026
These Terms govern the use of the Tanily app and website (the “Service”). By registering you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. The service
Tanily is a family-organization app: household finances, a shared calendar and tasks. It is an organization and tracking tool, not a financial, tax or legal advisory service.
2. Registration and account
- To create an account you must be of legal age (18) and provide truthful, up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
- The main account belongs to the parent/adult, who can create profiles for other family members, including children (see §10).
3. Plans and subscription
- Tanily offers a free plan and a Premium plan (€2.99/month or €19.99/year).
- Registration includes a 14-day free trial of Premium, with no payment card required.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of the period, unless cancelled, at the price then in effect.
- Payments are handled by external providers: Stripe on the web and the stores (App Store / Google Play, via RevenueCat) on mobile. Their terms also apply.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005). For digital content and services with immediate performance, the right of withdrawal may cease once supply has begun with your consent. The trial is free: no amount is charged until you activate a paid plan.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the subscription settings (Stripe portal on the web, or the store's subscription management on mobile). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; no refunds are due for periods already used, except as required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, not to infringe others' rights, and not to attempt to compromise its security or access other families' data.
7. Intellectual property
The data you enter remains yours. Tanily retains ownership of the software, brand and Service content. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it for the duration of the relationship.
8. Limitation of liability
Tanily is a tracking tool: financial decisions are yours. We are not liable for choices based on the data you enter, except for defects attributable to the software. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where this is not permitted by law (art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code).
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time; deletion entails erasure of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Children's profiles
By creating children's profiles, the parent declares to hold parental responsibility and warrants the processing of their data. We do not show ads on children's profiles.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated to you. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer disputes, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction.
